Hypoplectrus indigoThese are probably Barred Hamlets, or perhaps hybrids. Indigo Hamlets are not found in this area and generally found 30-130 feet deep. Barred Hamlets, 10-50". Since there are hybrids of other species, it's not a stretch to think these may also be hybrids.
