Mangrove tunicate

Ecteinascidia turbinata

Growing in large clusters, these orange (sometimes yellow or pink) tunicate s find mangrove roots to be the perfect habitate. it's hard to tell but the bodies are semi- transparent, but the sediment cloaks their bodies. Notice that the siphons are both located at the top next to each other.
